Assessing Student Work

This group addresses techniques for conducting both formative and summative assessments of student performance. The group offers opportunities for members to share and discuss samples of student work (e.g., modeled off of Japanese lesson study) with the support of master teachers to help members learn how to better diagnosis student learning gaps and identify instructional needs. We may also discuss aligning formative assessment with AP performance benchmarks.
