CS educators of all stripes may be interested in NSF's recent article on the online professional development resources being developed by NSF grantee Aman Yadav and his team. This program aims to provide "just-in-time" support for new or experienced CS teachers who are taking on a new CS course. In-service teachers will be able to access these resources (e.g., videos, slideshows, instructions, and links to tools and activities)—whenever and wherever they are needed. The resources were piloted last year and will be refined, based on feedback from participating teachers and interviews with current CS teachers. See the full article for more details.
