Status: Ready to use
Here are a few videos that I created last school year while teaching selection sorting. The worksheet is from Barbara Ericson, and the tiles idea is not mine. :)
The video shows us working through the algorithm using tiles. There is also two worksheets attached. One that has the algorithm and some examples. The second is used to assist in tracking the number of comparisons and accesses to the array.
The sound is not always the best, but I think it is good enough for you to understand what we are doing throughout. Enjoy.
